to each their own preference. But even in the tactile world, I prefer not to share the ambiance of poo.. especially when one eats something that increases the odor. Aside from that, yes, to pee in the presence is no big deal.
One of the things I find most inviting about the being naked in nature is when it calls, its so simple for males to just step aside and pee.. my dogs do this in the yard, and so do I as it saves flushes in the bathroom.. and the uric acid is actually okay for the grass so long as you don't do it consistently in the same place, and if it doesn't rain much, you need to water the grass to keep it from over fertilizing and causing it to die out..
Don’t come from a nudist family but my mother and I had no problem peeing in front of eachother all the time. We would leave the door wide open and even stand in the doorway have conversations while one of us peed. Always got a little turned on by it. Especially when I noticed my mom looking at my penis.
We have an open door policy here except when we have to do #2. We believe that's a little bit more private because of odors & sounds. When we are out in the backyard & have to pee, we just step onto a grassy are & go. I have to admit that Terri was a little unsure about doing it outside at first, but learned that it was easier than running into the house each time the urge happened
Privacy is a horrible, perverted concept.. but nobody likes the smell of poo, so that's the one time you can close the door. But of course you can still open it without knocking if you have to use the shower or you also need to pee in a drain or something
We usually use the bathroom that's right off the living room. Closing the door at least partway mutes the sound of peeing and nobody needs to smell the other. It's not modesty or shyness, just courtesy. If your bathroom isn't in the middle of your living space, your results may vary, of course. :)
It is almost always open for number one. I close it for number two and wish my gf would too she "forgets" half the time it seems. I don't want to see or smell that. For me it is also some alone time where I can read like someone else said.
