my right leg still needs to catch up to the left on after the knee surg. will take time but i will get there. also hoping to shed rest of the belly off soon. more pics avail. just ask. any one else body building?? coments??

Bravo on your recovery from knee surgery. Body building would be your best activity, I see, as you could easily regulate the strain you put on your knee. I tend toward water aerobics right now, with weight training once a week. This level of activity keeps the aches and pains away. Wife and I are tweaking our diet lately, after reading a book on pH Balance. This guy says if we correct the usual acid-tending diet most of us eat, then the body can get back to being healthy until the day we croak.
