Here in the U.K at Crown Court level we have just had a 5 week trial of a Professional Massuse. He was accused of 'Inappropriate' touching and contact' with his female clients. Appartently 2 clients complained to the Police and when they investigated they contacted all his other clients including the rich and famous and 18 of them said it had happened to them as well. Some other clients in his defence said he just behaved professionally. The result was that afterhim spending considerable time in jail (9 months) on remand and spending a considerable amount of money on his defence lawyers, he was eventually found NOT GUILTY. The alleged offences had happened at an 'Up Market' commercial spa. It seems that he has now sold his story to a national press newsapaper, and said that he will no longer treat female clients. Just shows what can happen and how careful you have to be if in contact with others.

Andy and Clair, raise some excellent points on persons using massage to get their sexual kicks, quite simply these persons might well go on for years - progressivly pushing the limits with those receiving the 'treatment' allowing it to progress. With all manner of different spas open in the UK with different types of service from normal to sensual, other than by reputation how do you know ther difference? I think it is very simple to just say please do not do that if some action that you consider inappropriate starts to take place, if they do not stop leave. I have been to a spa in London that does massage, body scrub and table showers. These are naturist/nude, the very nature of a table shower does give rise to actions that I could if I wanted to do so claim they were inappropriate. They are the in the very nature of the treatment. It is the intent that is more important.

These are naturist/nude, the very nature of a table shower does give rise to actions that I could if I wanted to do so claim they were inappropriate. They are the in the very nature of the treatment. We have stopped attending our local naturist swim for several reasons. Mainly because it always felt like there was a club within a club, an inner circle if you like, and despite attending 8 or 10 times we never managed to strike up a decent conversation with any of the members. Another reason, which is sort of related, is that the chap who runs it spends almost all of his time in the sauna and gives massage. However, we only ever saw him massage women (of the inner circle) and he would be sat on the level above them in the sauna. His massage seemed to consist of a little shoulder rubbing and then a lot of rubbing oil into their breasts. Now we are no massage experts but rubbing and lifting a womans breasts doesn't seem like a genuine massage technique to us. In fact it is just what it appears to be...it is unneccessary intimate contact! We tend to view so called masseuse with suspicion I'm afraid to say.
