Nude Gaming Parties

I just saw a news item about a New York craze where people get together to play video games naked. I wondered if it was a promo for an accessory, Xtendplay, that everyone was using. But I don't know. The news piece said Wii and Kinect were also being played and they don't use the Xtendplay. Does anyone know about these parties? If they're real, are naturists organizing them or are the participants people experiencing social nudity for the first time?

Desexualizing nudity

As a naturalist, I deeply regret the close relationship society holds between nudity and sex, as if being nude under any circumstances has to have sexual implications. There was an interesting piece in the winter edition of N regarding how nudity is perceived in different distinct cultures. How do we change the way it is perceived in mainstream western culture?
